I went to the Sync class yesterday. I don't have the touch screen on my SE, so I got an one-on-one instruction with a Ford sales agent. Feb. 13, 2014 Cylene E. reviewed your business on Yelp 5 Stars (5/5) My husband and I dropped by there just to look around because the dealership near them that I was supposed to actually go to, didn't have the car I want anymore. When we got out of our rental car, we were greeted by the salesmen right away. The first one was an old asian gentleman(whose name slipped my mind). He was offering me 2 red cars. But i don't like red cars! I told him if I would spend more than $5000 on a car, i should at least like it. So then another gentleman came and took over. His name is Alvin Villanueva. He gave us more options and that's when we met our ford fusion that we love. It was pre owned but its great and Alvin helped us till the end. No lies no excuses. Mr. JR Robinson got us a pretty good deal. We got to bring the car home without having to pay a cent. Then Mr. Tom O'Dea was the one who helped us signed the paperworks. He explained everything to us clearly and answered all of our questions. Things happened pretty fast but we're happy with the car. We drove her to Vegas and LA and she ran like a pro. We only had to stop for gas which was not much because she's a V4 ^_^ It was a great Birthday present. Overall, their service is great. Even when we go there for service or oil change, everyone is still friendly. |
