I wanted to share what has truly been a stellar experience at the San Leandro Ford Store. I’m 32 years old and have purchased over a dozen vehicles in my life so far, so I’ve had more dealership experiences than most, navigating customer service, efficiency, honesty, and everything in between. That said, this visit stood out in the best way possible. I had the pleasure of working with sales representative Viva Velez and finance manager Ron De Lapaz, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I initially reached out regarding the 2025 Ford Lightning and the PowerBoost. I was torn between the two, ultimately deciding on the PowerBoost until EV truck ranges increase beyond 450+ miles. Viva was nothing short of incredible. She spent several days communicating with me via text and phone calls—never pressuring me, just helping me navigate my decision. She was professional, kind, trustworthy, dedicated, and so committed to helping that she even came in on her day off to assist me with the purchase. Viva is a true gem in the car sales world, and I hope Ford recognizes what a valuable asset they have in her. Her customer-first attitude and integrity were a breath of fresh air. As for the finance process—Ron De Lapaz made it the fastest and most efficient experience I’ve ever had in a dealership. He didn’t waste time, didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t want, and had me in and out of the office in 30 minutes. In total, from signing to driving off, the process took just about an hour. This was by far the smoothest, most efficient car purchase I’ve ever had. If you're considering this dealership, know that the quality of customer service is impeccable. Viva and Ron are truly top-tier, and they’ve set a new standard for what the car-buying experience should be.

Pick up and delivery for scheduled maintenance was great as was communication from the drivers. Also the service representative let me know exactly what was going on.
They're very hospitable and proactive in their handling of your car buying needs. They clearly described the detailed policies for selling a vehicle. After all, their vehicles are very best quality and reasonably priced.
I appreciated the opportunity to test drive the vehicle and communicate via text prior to finalizing the deal with an in-person visit to the dealership. Grant and the sales Manager (Julio) answered questions and responded to my concerns immediately via text, which made the sales visit relatively quick. Grant has made himself available to answer any questions that arise as I familiarize myself with the truck.
We were very pleased with how San Leandro Ford handled our transaction. Not the high pressure sales people we encountered at other dealerships. viva, Juan, Jesus and Ron were all knowledgeable and easy to deal with.
Scheduled online, 10K service and a recall item. Brought in truck, advisor Owen asked if I needed a ride home, I had my wife picking me up. He explained the various pickup and mobile service options to me. I was not aware of them and will use that feature in the future. Service performed and picked up as scheduled.

The service manager was great, but my original service rep wasn't very responsive to my calls and concerns about the incomplete repairs that was done on my vehicle. Once the service manager got involved I was very happy with the final outcome. I will definitely use you again and I will recommend you to my friends and family as well.

Service was fine,no problems, the only issue which is not the service reps fault was that my service contract had expired 2 monthes prior,It would have been nice if Ford had sent a notice of the service expiring
