Barry was super helpful with our truck! Did my last free oil change with the warranty I paid for my ford 150. There was a little misunderstanding with the warranty I had but Paul the service manager came thru and made sure I got my last free oil change done without any headaches. Thanks Paul .

I was so impressed that they came to pick up and drop off my car (both delivery folks were so nice and flexible!), Billy performed an additional recall they could have referred out, gave me quotes on several recommended items but didn’t pressure me, returned my calls as quickly as possible, and he and the front desk folks were super friendly, and returned my car washed!! I’m a fan!

Almost three months for the repair. Due to the length of repair there were issues with the rental. Understanding that I should have removed personal property had I known the length of repair, several items were removed from the vehicle and not recovered. Ryobi cordless xxxxxxx 3/8, cordless hammer drill, 42" Bolt Cutter, garage door open, set of property keys, Liteband head light. After first repair completed, problem manifested less than five miles/ fifteen minutes after pickup.

Recall on my 2021 Explorer, rear end bolt, appointment was set a few weeks back when I did an oil change. Drop off the car with no issues, and it was completed by the next day, as expected. The service advisors are key to good service, as they communicate very well.

I had a great time with Grant Goo. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Appreciated from the dealership no pressure to buy a vehicle, add-ons or services. I felt they were very honest with all their answers.

Integrity, communication, and competence are the most important qualities in a mechanic, and my service provider at Ford (Owen) has them all. I came in with an issue that neither AAA nor my usual mechanic had been able to help me with, and the Ford Store team persevered and got it done. It took a while to diagnose, but Owen did a good job keeping me updated.

This time it’s a five star rating. The kid named Owen is a great rep/service provider for this dealership- friendly, astute, good communicator.

I took my 2023 F350 in for a shift interlock solenoid replacement in October 2024 and didn't get it back until April 2025. I was told that the part was on Back order. I can't believe it took this long for a 2023 truck.

Willie was very courteous answering all my questions and solved a problem that I had reported on several other visits

I was charged for $1400 worth of work that I never approved there was no invoice and Ford quoted me $12,000 to fix a dash issue and when I took it elsewhere they found the issue was there was 2 wires that were not plugged in and the cost was $300 for repair

I've taken my son's car there before with no problem? This time the mechanic I believe broke a spark-plug and the dealership knows it but they tried to say they didn't not, I know it did break itself..So if they don't do the right thing, I will seek legal assistance and inform all my colleagues at the hospital where I work not to do business with them ever. The dealership and the team members that assisted me were responsive, professional, informative, and ethical. They honored the information issued by a 3rd party regarding dealer discounts and incentives. This is my second purchase through this dealer and I was glad to be back, supported, and worked with during the purchase process.

Paul and his team are the reason I have made 3 vehicle purchases there. Knowledgeable and courteous and always on top of your issue from a basic oil change to a full transmission replacement. These guys know what they are doing. Keep up the great work.

Took the car in for misfire diagnosis. Appears Ford store wants to throw parts rather than properly diagnose the vehicle. Waste of $950!! To make it worst, their Service Manager supports this and couldn’t explain the theory behind this. Anyone can scan for codes and recommend part replacement, This was The Ford Store’s method of diagnosis!

...advertised my vehicle, the model I wanted, at MSRP. This is unlike many of my local dealers, who tack a 4-6k ‘upfit’ charge to every advertised vehicle on websites.
